Clear answers

Who operates Ask Trust Hub?
Ask Trust Hub is currently a solo-founder operation led by Michael Henry (Founder). There is no separate anonymous research committee. Network policy and commercial decisions rest with the founder until governance is expanded and disclosed here.
What is the ownership relationship across the network?
Move, Lender, Insurance, Contractor, Senior, and Investor Trust Hub are part of the Ask Trust Hub network under common ownership, with separated research and listing order and no paid placements. Ask Trust Hub is the parent knowledge and standards layer; Move, Lender, Insurance, Contractor, Senior, and Investor Trust Hub are its six specialist research hubs — not unrelated companies.
How does the network make money?
Core research pages and directories are free for consumers. We do not sell paid placements or sponsored rankings that alter trust ordering. Intended future revenue (if any) is disclosed on How We Make Money and must stay isolated from organic research order.
Can ranking or placement be purchased?
No. Research order, source-backed evidence, and endorsements are not commercial products for sale. Claiming a profile does not change that boundary. See the Independence Policy.
How are corrections handled?
Material factual errors are reviewed against primary public sources. Commercial interest does not change outcomes. Use the Corrections page with URL, claim, and primary source.
How do I contact the organization?
Email hello@asktrusthub.com. Response target: two business days. Press, corrections, methodology, and partnership inquiries use the same address unless a dedicated channel is later published here.

Business participation and research independence

Businesses may claim exact existing profiles and manage supported business-supplied information. That participation does not transfer editorial control, alter public-source evidence, or purchase a conclusion. Trust Hub keeps business-supplied content distinguishable from sourced research. We cite. You decide.
